Public content and external media

Images and files use the public Reltroner resource repository through jsDelivr. Loading them contacts that delivery service. Approved video embeds can contact YouTube, Vimeo or Google Drive. Those services have their own privacy practices; embedded media may process connection information and cookies.

Google Analytics remains off by default. If enabled by the site operator, it requires your explicit browser preference before its tag is loaded. Rejecting it does not restrict site functionality.

Navigator, newsletter and contact

The prototype Navigator searches published public content locally. AI explanations are not connected. Conversations are held in page memory and can be reset.

When newsletter subscriptions are enabled, submitting the separate opt-in form sends your email address and explicit consent to the Studio server. The server saves your email and newsletter segment membership in Resend. Resend also maintains subscription and suppression preferences. Signing up does not send a welcome email or verify ownership of your email address. When disabled, the form clearly identifies its local preview mode and stores no subscription.

Studio newsletters use Resend Broadcasts with provider-managed unsubscribe links. Use the protected link in a newsletter to manage your preferences; visiting the website preferences page does not unsubscribe you. Previously opted-out addresses are not automatically reactivated. Resend processes data under its privacy policy. Contact the Studio to request access, correction or deletion of subscription data. Provider retention and international processing follow its policies; the Studio does not promise automatic deletion after a fixed period.

When contact delivery is enabled, your browser sends your selected inquiry intent, name, reply email address, message and existing anti-spam honeypot directly to Web3Forms for forwarding to the Studio recipient. A successful response confirms provider acceptance, not receipt in an inbox. Contacting the Studio never enrolls you in a newsletter. The Web3Forms access key is a public form identifier, not a password; provider anti-spam controls also process request information.

Web3Forms and Resend may process information internationally through their infrastructure and subprocessors. Web3Forms states that form submissions are retained for a maximum of three years, unless a shorter period applies or data is deleted earlier; see its privacy policy. Inquiry emails can also remain in the Studio recipient mailbox. For privacy and deletion requests, contact studio@reltroner.com or use the contact page. Do not include credentials or confidential customer data in either form.

Browser preferences

Your optional analytics choice is stored in this browser. Existing theme and interface preferences may also use browser storage. Clearing browser storage resets those preferences. The hosting and external delivery services can receive basic network request information.
